Description
The Unox XADA-10FS-EXRS is a high-performance electric combi oven designed for versatility and efficiency in professional kitchens. It features a full-size cooking capacity, accommodating up to ten 18" x 26" sheet pans, twenty 12" x 20" hotel/steam pans, or ten GN 2/1 pans. Constructed with AISI 316L stainless steel, the cooking chamber ensures durability and easy maintenance. Equipped with the advanced Digital.ID™ operating system, this oven offers innovative features such as ADAPTIVE.Cooking™ for optimal cooking results, SMART.Preheating for quick readiness, and SENSE.Klean for automatic cleaning cycles. The integrated RO-Care water hardness reduction filter enhances performance and longevity. With a wide cooking temperature range from 86 °F to 572 °F, the XADA-10FS-EXRS provides precise control over various cooking methods. The MULTI.Point core probe ensures accurate temperature monitoring, while the retractable hand shower simplifies cleaning. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi and smartphone control via the Digital.ID™ app, allowing for remote operation and monitoring. The built-in microphone facilitates direct support calls with UNOX and enables voice control functions. This oven operates on 208/240 volts, 3-phase, with a power output of 30/38.8 kW, and meets IPX5, cETLus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® standards for energy efficiency.

Unox water treatment guidance: The equipment owner/operator/purchaser must ensure the incoming water supply is thoroughly checked (Free Chlorine, Chloramine, Total Dissolved Solids, Silica, pH, Total Hardness, Chlorides, & Alkalinity) and, if necessary, treat it to meet the minimum water quality criteria specified by the manufacturer in the product details. Failure to meet these minimum standards could harm the equipment and/or its parts, and void the original manufacturer's warranty.
