The Victory Refrigeration VBCF12-132UL-HC is a high-performance reach-in blast chiller and shock freezer designed for commercial kitchens. It features self-contained refrigeration with a capacity for (12) 18" x 26" or (12) 12" x 20" pans. This unit can chill up to 100 lbs. from 194°F to 37°F in just 90 minutes and freeze 70 lbs. from 194°F to 0°F in 240 minutes, ensuring rapid temperature reduction for food safety and quality. Equipped with a core temperature probe, electronic controls, and an LCD temperature display, it allows for precise monitoring and HACCP compliance. The programmable controls enhance usability, while the manual defrost feature simplifies maintenance. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it includes adjustable feet for stability.
