Description
The Victory Refrigeration VSPD27HC-08-2 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This UltraSpec™ Series unit features a self-contained, one-section design with a 27"W width and a spacious 6.77 cubic feet capacity. It includes two drawers: the upper drawer accommodates two 4" deep pans, while the lower drawer fits two 6" deep pans (pans not included). The stainless steel top is equipped with an opening for eight 1/6 size pans, complemented by a 10" cutting board made from durable white polyethylene plastic. The unit also features locking divider bars and a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid for easy access. Full electronic controls ensure precise temperature management, while the stainless steel front and sides, along with an aluminum interior, provide durability and easy cleaning. The Santoprene gaskets enhance insulation and are backed by a two-year warranty. The rear mount refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/10 HP compressor.
