It includes two drawers: the upper drawer fits two 4" deep pans, while the lower drawer accommodates two 6" deep pans (pans not included). The stainless steel top is equipped with an opening for twelve 1/6 size pans, complemented by a 10" cutting board made from white polyethylene plastic for easy food preparation. The unit also features locking divider bars and a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid for optimal temperature retention. Full electronic controls ensure precise temperature management, while the stainless steel front and sides, along with an aluminum interior, provide a robust and easy-to-clean surface.
