Description
The Victory Refrigeration VSPD48HC-12-2 is an UltraSpec™ Series Sandwich Prep Table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section refrigerated counter features a 48"W self-contained unit with a spacious 13.0 cubic feet capacity. It includes one self-closing door and two epoxy-coated shelves for optimal organization. The unit is equipped with two drawers: the upper drawer accommodates two 4" deep pans, while the lower drawer fits two 6" deep pans (pans not included). The stainless steel top has an opening for twelve 1/6 size pans, complemented by a 10" cutting board made of durable white polyethylene plastic. Locking divider bars and a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid enhance functionality. Full electronic control ensures precise temperature management, while the stainless steel door, front, and sides, along with an aluminum interior, provide durability and easy maintenance. The Santoprene gaskets offer a reliable seal, backed by a 2-year warranty. The rear mount refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/6 HP compressor.
