Description
The Victory Refrigeration VSPD48HC-18B-2 is a high-performance Mega Top Sandwich and Salad Unit designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This UltraSpec™ Series two-section refrigerated counter features a 48"W self-contained design with a spacious 13.0 cubic feet capacity. It includes one self-closing door and two epoxy-coated shelves for optimal organization. The unit is equipped with two drawers: the upper drawer accommodates two 4" deep pans, while the lower drawer fits two 6" deep pans (pans not included). The stainless steel top features an opening for 18 1/6 size pans, complemented by a 10" cutting board made from durable white polyethylene plastic. Locking divider bars and a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid enhance usability and food safety. Full electronic controls ensure precise temperature management, while the stainless steel door, front, and sides provide durability and easy cleaning. The aluminum interior is designed for efficient cooling, and the unit utilizes a rear mount refrigeration system powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/6 HP compressor.
