Description
The Victory Refrigeration VSPD72HC-18-2 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This UltraSpec™ Series unit features a three-section design with a generous 72"W and a 20.0 cubic feet capacity, ensuring ample space for your ingredients. It includes two self-closing doors for easy access and energy efficiency, along with four epoxy-coated shelves for organized storage. The unit is equipped with two drawers: the upper drawer accommodates two 4" deep pans, while the lower drawer fits two 6" deep pans (pans not included). The stainless steel top includes an opening for 18 1/6 size pans, complemented by a 10" cutting board made from durable white polyethylene plastic. Locking divider bars and a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid enhance functionality and convenience. Full electronic control allows for precise temperature management, while the stainless steel door, front, and sides ensure durability and easy cleaning. The aluminum interior is designed for optimal cooling, and Santoprene gaskets provide a tight seal. Powered by a rear mount refrigeration system using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor, this unit is both efficient and environmentally friendly. It meets cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation standards and is proudly made in the USA.
