Measuring 46"W x 28"D x 30"H, it features an 18/300 stainless steel top with a 1" turndown on all sides for added stability and cleanliness. The unit includes three deep wells, each measuring 12" x 20" x 6-3/8", equipped with 625-watt heating elements to maintain optimal food temperatures. Individual Touch-Temp® programmable controls allow for precise temperature management, ensuring food is served at the perfect heat. The enclosed base provides a sleek appearance while enhancing durability, and the 18/400 series stainless steel unibody construction ensures long-lasting use. A convenient pull-out ball valve drain simplifies cleanup, and the unit operates at 1875 watts for efficient performance.
