The Vollrath 36146 Serving Counter is a high-performance cold food station designed for efficiency and durability. This 4-Series Signature Server® features a stainless steel countertop and self-contained refrigeration, measuring 46"W x 28"D x 30"H. The Bloomington-style recessed well showcases pans 3" below the work surface, ensuring easy access and visibility. Equipped with coils that surround the sidewalls, this unit effectively maintains optimal temperatures and accommodates 6" deep pans. The polyurethane foam insulation enhances energy efficiency, while the standard well drains facilitate easy maintenance. The seamless display pan well opening measures 19-7/8" x 37-1/2" x 6-5/8" deep, providing ample space for food presentation. Powered by a 1/5 HP motor with a 3.8 amp draw, this unit operates on a 120v/60/1-ph electrical system. It is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
