The Vollrath 36166 is a high-performance cold food serving counter designed for efficiency and durability. This 4-Series Signature Server® features a stainless steel countertop and a self-contained refrigeration system, ensuring optimal food preservation. Measuring 60"W x 28"D x 30"H, it includes a Bloomington-style recessed well that displays pans 3" below the work surface for easy access and visibility. The unit is equipped with coils that surround the sidewalls, providing consistent cooling and accommodating 6" deep pans. Polyurethane foam insulation enhances energy efficiency, while standard well drains facilitate easy maintenance. The seamless display pan well opening measures 50-1/4"W x 19-7/8"D x 6-5/8" deep, allowing for a clean and professional presentation. Powered by a 1/4 HP compressor with a 5.2 amp draw, this unit operates on a NEMA 5-15P plug and is compatible with 120v/60/1-ph electrical systems. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and quality.
