Description
The Vollrath 36191 Serving Counter is a versatile hot and cold food station designed for efficiency and durability. Measuring 74"W x 28"D x 30"H, this modular unit features three hot well openings, each measuring 11-7/8" x 19-7/8" x 6-3/8" deep, and one ice-cooled cold pan opening at 24" x 19-7/8". The Touch-Temp electronic control panel allows for precise temperature management of the hot wells, which are equipped with manifold drains for easy maintenance. The cold pan includes a 1" drain for efficient water removal. Constructed from high-quality 18/300 series stainless steel for the top and wells, and 18/400 series stainless steel for the enclosed base, this serving counter ensures long-lasting performance. Its stainless steel unibody construction enhances stability and strength. The unit is mounted on four heavy-duty swivel casters with brakes for easy mobility and secure positioning. It comes complete with a cord and plug, and meets NSF standard 4 performance criteria, making it an ideal choice for food service operations.
