The Vollrath 36230 4-Series Signature Server® Hot Food Serving Counter is designed for efficient food service with a robust construction and advanced features. Measuring 46"W x 28"D x 27"H, it features an 18/300 stainless steel top that ensures durability and easy maintenance. The unit includes three deep wells, each measuring 12" x 20" x 6-3/8", equipped with 625-watt heating elements for optimal food temperature control. Individual Touch-Temp® programmable controls allow for precise temperature management, ensuring food is served at the perfect heat. The enclosed base provides additional storage and stability, while the 18/400 series stainless steel unibody construction enhances strength and longevity. Manifold drains and a pull-out ball valve drain facilitate easy cleanup. With a total power output of 1875 watts, this serving counter is both efficient and reliable. The product is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards. Proudly made in the USA, the Vollrath 36230 is an ideal choice for any food service operation.
