The Vollrath 36250 is a high-performance electric hot food serving counter designed for efficiency and durability. Measuring 74"W x 28"D x 27"H, it features an 18/300 stainless steel top that ensures longevity and easy maintenance. This unit includes five deep wells, each measuring 12" x 20" x 6-3/8", equipped with 625-watt heating elements to keep food at optimal serving temperatures. The individual Touch-Temp® programmable controls allow for precise temperature management, enhancing food quality and safety. Its enclosed base and robust 18/400 series stainless steel unibody construction provide stability and strength. The manifold drains and pull-out ball valve drain facilitate easy cleanup and maintenance. With a total power output of 3125 watts, this serving counter is designed for high-volume use. The unit comes with a cord and plug, and is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
