Description
The Vollrath 36291 Serving Counter is a versatile hot and cold food station designed for efficiency and durability. Measuring 74"W x 28"D x 27"H, this modular countertop features three hot well openings, each measuring 11-7/8" x 19-7/8" x 6-3/8" deep, alongside a spacious 24" x 19-7/8" ice-cooled cold pan opening. The Touch-Temp electronic control panel allows for precise temperature management of the hot wells, which are equipped with manifold drains for easy maintenance. Constructed from high-quality 18/300 series stainless steel for the top and wells, and 18/400 series stainless steel for the enclosed base, this unit ensures long-lasting performance. The stainless steel unibody construction enhances stability and strength. Mobility is facilitated by four heavy-duty swivel casters with brakes, allowing for easy repositioning. The unit comes complete with a cord and plug, and meets NSF standard 4 performance criteria, making it an ideal choice for food service environments.
