The Vollrath 36355 Hot Food Well Unit is an electric, drop-in solution designed for efficient food service operations. This unit features a bottom mount and wet operation with one sealed hot food well that is fully insulated to maintain optimal food temperatures. The stainless steel top and interior liner ensure durability and easy cleaning, while the galvanized exterior housing provides added strength. Equipped with a 72" wired remote thermostatic control, this unit allows for precise temperature management. It includes a 1/2" drain for convenient water removal. Operating at 208-240v/60/1ph with a power output of 1000 watts and a current draw of 3.6-4.2 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards.
