Description
The Vollrath 36399 Hot Food Well Unit is a drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features two 12" x 20" individual wells made from 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring durability and insulation for optimal heat retention. The overall dimensions are 28-1/4"W x 26"D x 15"H, making it suitable for various countertop applications. This unit operates with a wet system and includes individual infinite controls mounted in the panel for precise temperature management. Additional features include a power indicator light, a drip-free flange to minimize mess, and individual drain shutoffs for easy maintenance. The top is constructed from 18-gauge stainless steel, while the exterior housing is made from 18-gauge galvanized steel for added strength. The unit comes with positioning clips for secure installation. With a power output of 1250 watts at 120v/60/1-ph and 10.4 amps, it includes a cord with NEMA 5-15P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 27-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This product is NSF and cULus certified and proudly made in the USA.
