Description
The Vollrath 3639901 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features two 12" x 20" individual insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention. With overall dimensions of 28-1/4"W x 26"D x 15"H, this unit is designed for wet operation only. Each well is equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in the panel alongside a power indicator light. The drip-free flange minimizes mess, while individual drain shutoffs enhance usability. The top is constructed from robust 18-gauge stainless steel, and the exterior housing is made from 18-gauge galvanized steel for added durability. This unit operates at 2000 watts with a power supply of 120v/60/1-ph and draws 16.7 amps. It comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-30P plug for easy connectivity. Positioning clips are included for secure installation. The cutout size required for installation is 27-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. NSF and cULus certified, this product is proudly made in the USA.
