The Vollrath 3639950HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features two 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20 gauge/316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. With overall dimensions of 28-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is optimized for wet operation. Each well is equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in the panel alongside a power indicator light. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain includes individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for easy maintenance. The top is constructed from 18 gauge stainless steel, complemented by a robust stainless steel exterior housing. Positioning clips are included for secure installation. Operating at 1250 watts and 120v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 10.4 amps, it comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. This unit is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards. The cutout size required for installation is 27-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius.
