The Vollrath 3639960 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features two 12" x 20" individual wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring excellent insulation and heat retention. With overall dimensions of 28-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is optimized for wet operation and includes an auto-fill feature for convenience. Each well is equipped with individual infinite controls mounted in a user-friendly panel, along with a power indicator light for easy monitoring. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff allows for efficient drainage and maintenance. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It includes positioning clips for secure installation and operates at 1250 watts with a 120v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 10.4 amps. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. For installation, a cutout size of 27-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D is required, with a 7/8" corner radius. This product is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring it meets high standards for safety and sanitation.
