Description
The Vollrath 3639970HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features two 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20 gauge/316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. With overall dimensions of 28-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is optimized for wet operation. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in a panel with a power indicator light. The design includes a drip-free flange and a 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for easy maintenance. The top is constructed from 18 gauge stainless steel, while the exterior housing is also stainless steel for a sleek, professional appearance. This unit operates at 1250 watts, requiring a 120v/60/1-ph power supply and drawing 10.4 amps. It comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. Positioning clips are included for secure installation. The cutout size required for installation is 27-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. NSF and cULus certified, this product is proudly made in the USA.
