With overall dimensions of 28-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is optimized for wet operation and includes an auto-fill feature for convenience. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls mounted in a user-friendly panel, allowing precise temperature management. The power indicator light provides clear visibility of the unit's operational status. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff enhances functionality. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It includes positioning clips for easy installation and operates at 1250 watts with a 120v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 10.4 amps. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug.
