The Vollrath 3639981 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features two 12" x 20" individual insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention. With overall dimensions of 28-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is designed for wet operation only. Key features include auto-fill functionality and individual thermostatic controls conveniently mounted in the panel, allowing precise temperature management. The power indicator light provides easy monitoring, while the drip-free flange minimizes mess. The unit is equipped with a 1" copper manifold drain, complete with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for easy maintenance. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built for durability and longevity. It includes positioning clips for secure installation. With a power output of 2000 watts, operating at 120v/60/1-ph and 16.7 amps, it comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-30P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 27-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This unit is NSF and cULus certified and proudly made in the USA.
