The Vollrath 3639981HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features two individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from 20 gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and excellent heat retention. With overall dimensions of 28-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is optimized for wet operation and includes an auto-fill feature for convenience. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls mounted in a user-friendly panel, along with a power indicator light for easy monitoring. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff enhances functionality. The top is constructed from 18 gauge stainless steel, and the exterior housing is also stainless steel for a sleek, professional appearance. This unit includes positioning clips for secure installation and operates at 2000 watts with a power requirement of 120v/60/1-ph and 16.7 amps. It comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-30P plug, ensuring compatibility with standard outlets. The cutout size required for installation is 27-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. NSF and cULus certified, this product is proudly made in the USA.
