Description
The Vollrath 36400 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features two 12" x 20" individual wells made from 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring durability and excellent heat retention. With overall dimensions of 28-1/4"W x 26"D x 15"H, this unit is optimized for wet operation only. Each well is equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management, complemented by a power indicator light for easy monitoring. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while individual drain shutoffs enhance convenience during cleaning. The unit's top is constructed from 18-gauge stainless steel, and the exterior housing is made from 18-gauge galvanized steel for added strength. This hot food well unit operates at 1250 watts and requires a 208V/60/1-phase power supply, drawing 6.0 amps. It comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-15P plug for easy installation. Positioning clips are included for secure placement. The cutout size required for installation is 27-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. NSF and cULus certified, this product is proudly made in the USA.
