Description
The Vollrath 3640051HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features two 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20 gauge/316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. With overall dimensions of 28-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is designed for wet operation only. Each well is equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in the panel along with a power indicator light. The drip-free flange minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain includes individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for easy maintenance. The top is constructed from 18 gauge stainless steel, and the exterior housing is also stainless steel, providing a sleek and professional appearance. Positioning clips are included for secure installation. The unit operates at 2000 watts, compatible with 208-240v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing between 7.2 to 8.3 amps. It comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-15P plug. This product is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards. Made in the USA, it requires a cutout size of 27-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius for installation.
