The Vollrath 3640080 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features two 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and easy cleaning. With overall dimensions of 28-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is designed for wet operation only and includes an auto-fill feature for convenience. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls, allowing precise temperature management, and a power indicator light for easy monitoring. The drip-free flange minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff ensures efficient drainage. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built for durability and longevity. It includes positioning clips for secure installation and operates at 1250 watts with a 208v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 6.0 amps. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-15P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 27-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This product is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
