Description
The Vollrath 3640081 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features two 12" x 20" individual insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention. With overall dimensions of 28-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is designed for wet operation only and includes an auto-fill feature for convenience. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls mounted in the panel, allowing precise temperature management. The unit also includes a power indicator light for easy monitoring and a drip-free flange to maintain a clean workspace. The 1" copper manifold drain is fitted with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for efficient drainage. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built for durability and longevity. It comes with positioning clips for easy installation. With a power output of 2000 watts and compatibility with 208-240v/60/1-ph, it operates at 7.2-8.3 amps and includes a cord with NEMA 6-15P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 27-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This unit is NSF and cULus certified and proudly made in the USA.
