Description
The Vollrath 3640081HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features two 12" x 20" insulated wells made from 20 gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and excellent heat retention. The overall dimensions are 28-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, making it suitable for wet operation only. This unit is equipped with an auto-fill system and individual thermostatic controls conveniently mounted in the panel, allowing precise temperature management. A power indicator light provides easy monitoring of the unit's status. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff enhances functionality. Constructed with an 18 gauge stainless steel top and a robust stainless steel exterior housing, this hot food well unit is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It includes positioning clips for secure installation. With a power output of 2000 watts and compatibility with 208-240v/60/1-ph at 7.2-8.3 amps, it comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-15P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 27-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. NSF and cULus certified, this unit is proudly made in the USA.
