Description
The Vollrath 36404 Hot Food Well Unit is a drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features three individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention. The overall dimensions are 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 15"H, making it suitable for various countertop applications. This unit operates on a wet basis and includes individual infinite controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in the panel along with a power indicator light. The drip-free flange design minimizes spills, while individual drain shutoffs enhance ease of use. The top is constructed from 18-gauge stainless steel, providing durability and easy cleaning, and the exterior housing is made from 18-gauge galvanized steel for added strength. The unit includes positioning clips for secure installation. With a power output of 1875 watts at 120v/60/1-ph and a current draw of 15.6 amps, it comes equipped with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-20P plug. This product is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and is proudly made in the USA. The cutout size required for installation is 40-3/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius.
