The Vollrath 3640401 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features three individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and easy cleaning. With overall dimensions of 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 15"H, this unit is designed for wet operation only. Each well is equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in the panel along with a power indicator light. The drip-free flange minimizes mess, while individual drain shutoffs enhance usability. The top is constructed from robust 18-gauge stainless steel, and the exterior housing is made from 18-gauge galvanized steel for added durability. This unit operates at 3000 watts and requires a 120V/60/1-ph power supply with a 25.0 amp draw, featuring a cord with NEMA 5-50P plug. It includes positioning clips for secure installation. The cutout size required is 40-3/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. The Vollrath 3640401 is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
