The Vollrath 3640411 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features three individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and easy cleaning. With overall dimensions of 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 15"H, this unit is ideal for wet operation only. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in a panel with a power indicator light for easy monitoring. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while individual drain shutoffs enhance usability. The unit's top is constructed from 18-gauge stainless steel, and the exterior housing is made from 18-gauge galvanized steel for added durability. With a powerful output of 3000 watts at 120v/60/1-ph and 25.0 amps, this hot food well unit is designed for reliable performance. It includes positioning clips for secure installation and comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-50P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 40-3/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This product is NSF and cULus certified and proudly made in the USA.
