The Vollrath 3640450 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features three individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and food safety. The overall dimensions are 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, making it a compact solution for various food service environments. This unit operates on a wet system and includes individual infinite controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in the panel along with a power indicator light. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff allows for easy maintenance. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built for durability and longevity. It comes with positioning clips for secure installation. With a power output of 1875 watts at 120v/60/1-ph and 15.6 amps, it is equipped with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-20P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 40-3/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This product is NSF and cULus certified and proudly made in the USA.
