The Vollrath 3640451HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features three individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20 gauge/316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. The overall dimensions are 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, making it suitable for wet operation only. This unit is equipped with individual infinite controls mounted in the panel for precise temperature management, along with a power indicator light for easy monitoring. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain includes individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for convenient maintenance. Constructed with an 18 gauge stainless steel top and a robust stainless steel exterior housing, this hot food well unit is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It includes positioning clips for secure installation. With a power output of 3000 watts at 120v/60/1-ph and 25.0 amps, it comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-50P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 40-3/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. NSF and cULus certified, this unit is proudly made in the USA.
