It features three individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and easy cleaning. With overall dimensions of 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is perfect for wet operation only. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in a panel with a power indicator light for easy monitoring. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain includes individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for efficient drainage. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It includes positioning clips for secure installation and operates at 1875 watts with a 120v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 15.6 amps. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-20P plug. Designed for easy integration, the cutout size required is 40-3/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius.
