The Vollrath 3640471HD Hot Food Well Unit is an electric, drop-in solution designed for efficient food service. It features three individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from 20 gauge marine grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and excellent heat retention. The overall dimensions are 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, making it suitable for wet operation only. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in a panel with a power indicator light. The unit includes a drip-free flange and a 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for easy maintenance. The 18 gauge stainless steel top and stainless steel exterior housing provide a sleek, professional appearance. With a power output of 3000 watts at 120v/60/1-ph and a current draw of 25.0 amps, this unit is designed for high performance. It comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-50P plug and includes positioning clips for secure installation. The cutout size required is 40-3/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This product is NSF and cULus certified and proudly made in the USA.
