Description
The Vollrath 3640480HD is a high-performance electric hot food well unit designed for efficient food service operations. This drop-in unit features three individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20 gauge/316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. With overall dimensions of 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, it is optimized for wet operation and includes an auto-fill feature for convenience. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls mounted in a user-friendly panel, allowing precise temperature management. The unit also features a power indicator light for easy monitoring and a drip-free flange to maintain a clean workspace. The 1" copper manifold drain includes individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for efficient drainage. Constructed with an 18 gauge stainless steel top and a robust stainless steel exterior housing, this unit is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It comes with positioning clips for secure installation. Operating at 1875 watts with a 120v/60/1-ph power supply and drawing 15.6 amps, it includes a cord with NEMA 5-20P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 40-3/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This product is NSF and cULus certified and proudly made in the USA.
