The Vollrath 3640481 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features three individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention. With overall dimensions of 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is ideal for wet operation only. Key features include auto-fill functionality and individual thermostatic controls conveniently mounted in the panel, allowing precise temperature management. A power indicator light ensures easy monitoring, while the drip-free flange minimizes mess. The unit is equipped with a 1" copper manifold drain that includes individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for easy maintenance. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It includes positioning clips for secure installation. With a power output of 3000 watts at 120v/60/1-ph and a 25.0 amp draw, it comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-50P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 40-3/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This unit is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
