The overall dimensions are 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 15"H, making it a compact yet spacious solution for various food items. This unit operates on a wet system and includes individual infinite controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in the panel along with a power indicator light. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while individual drain shutoffs enhance ease of use and maintenance. The top is constructed from 18-gauge stainless steel, providing durability, and the exterior housing is made from 18-gauge galvanized steel for added strength. With a power output of 1875 watts at 208v/60/1-ph and a current draw of 9.0 amps, this unit is efficient and reliable. It comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-15P plug and includes positioning clips for secure installation. The cutout size required is 40-3/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius.
