Description
The Vollrath 3640501HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features three individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from 20 gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. The overall dimensions are 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 15"H, making it suitable for various kitchen layouts. This unit operates on a wet basis and includes individual infinite controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in the panel along with a power indicator light. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while individual drain shutoffs enhance usability. The top is constructed from 18 gauge stainless steel, and the exterior housing is also stainless steel for easy cleaning and longevity. With a powerful output of 3000 watts and compatibility with 208-240V/60/1-ph electrical systems, it operates at 10.8-12.5 amps. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-20P plug for straightforward installation. Positioning clips are included for secure placement. The cutout size required for installation is 40-3/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This product is NSF and cULus certified and proudly made in the USA.
