The Vollrath 3640550HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance, drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features three individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from 20 gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and excellent heat retention. The overall dimensions are 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, making it suitable for various kitchen layouts. This unit operates on a wet basis and includes individual infinite controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in the panel along with a power indicator light. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff enhances functionality. Constructed with an 18 gauge stainless steel top and a robust stainless steel exterior housing, this hot food well unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It comes with positioning clips for easy installation and operates at 1875 watts, 208v/60/1-ph, drawing 9.0 amps. The unit includes a cord with NEMA 6-15P plug and meets NSF and cULus standards, ensuring safety and reliability. The cutout size required for installation is 40-3/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius.
