Description
The Vollrath 3640551 Hot Food Well Unit is an electric drop-in solution designed for efficient food service. It features three individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention. The unit measures 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H overall and operates in wet conditions only. Each well is equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in a panel with a power indicator light. The drip-free flange minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain includes individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for easy maintenance. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built for durability and longevity. It includes positioning clips for secure installation. With a power output of 3000 watts and compatibility with 208-240v/60/1-ph electrical systems, it operates at 10.8-12.5 amps and comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-20P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 40-3/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This unit is NSF and cULus certified and proudly made in the USA.
