The Vollrath 3640551HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance, drop-in electric solution designed for efficient food service. It features three individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20 gauge/316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. With overall dimensions of 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is optimized for wet operation. Each well is equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in a panel with a power indicator light. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain includes individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for easy maintenance. The top is constructed from robust 18 gauge stainless steel, complemented by a sturdy stainless steel exterior housing. Positioning clips are included for secure installation. Operating at 3000 watts with a voltage range of 208-240v/60/1-ph and drawing 10.8-12.5 amps, this unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-20P plug.
