Description
The Vollrath 3640570 Hot Food Well Unit is an electric drop-in solution designed for efficient food service. It features three individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention. The unit measures 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H overall and operates in wet conditions only. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in a panel with a power indicator light. The design includes a drip-free flange and a 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs, along with a manifold shutoff for easy maintenance. The top is constructed from 18-gauge stainless steel, while the exterior housing is made of 18-gauge galvanized steel, providing durability and a professional appearance. Positioning clips are included for secure installation. With a power output of 1875 watts at 208v/60/1-ph and a current draw of 9.0 amps, this unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-15P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 40-3/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This product is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
