Featuring three individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from 20 gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel, this unit ensures durability and excellent heat retention. With overall dimensions of 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, it is optimized for wet operation. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in the panel alongside a power indicator light. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain includes individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff for easy maintenance. Constructed with an 18 gauge stainless steel top and a robust stainless steel exterior housing, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It includes positioning clips for secure installation and operates at 1875 watts with a 208v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 9.0 amps. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-15P plug. Designed for a cutout size of 40-3/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a required 7/8" corner radius, the Vollrath 3640570HD is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
