The Vollrath 3640571 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features three individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention. The overall dimensions are 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, making it suitable for various kitchen layouts. This unit operates on a wet basis and includes individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in the panel with a power indicator light for easy monitoring. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff enhances functionality. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built for durability and longevity. It comes with positioning clips for secure installation. With a power output of 3000 watts and compatibility with 208-240v/60/1-ph electrical systems, it operates at 10.8-12.5 amps and includes a cord with NEMA 6-20P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 40-3/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This product is NSF and cULus certified and proudly made in the USA.
