The Vollrath 3640580 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features three individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and easy cleaning. With overall dimensions of 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, this unit is designed for wet operation only and includes an auto-fill feature for convenience. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls mounted in the panel, allowing precise temperature management. The unit also includes a power indicator light for easy monitoring and a drip-free flange to maintain a clean workspace. A 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff enhances functionality and ease of use. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It comes with positioning clips for secure installation and operates at 1875 watts with a 208v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 9.0 amps.
