Description
The Vollrath 36406 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features four individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and food safety. With overall dimensions of 54-3/4"W x 26"D x 15"H, this unit is designed for wet operation only. Each well is equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in the panel alongside a power indicator light. The drip-free flange minimizes mess, while individual drain shutoffs enhance usability. The top is constructed from robust 18-gauge stainless steel, and the exterior housing is made from 18-gauge galvanized steel for added durability. This unit operates at 2500 watts with a power requirement of 120v/60/1-ph and 20.8 amps, featuring a cord with NEMA 5-30P plug. It includes positioning clips for easy installation and is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards. The cutout size required for installation is 54"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. Made in the USA, the Vollrath 36406 is an ideal solution for maintaining hot food temperatures in commercial settings.
