Description
The Vollrath 3640610 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features four individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and food safety. With overall dimensions of 54-3/4"W x 26"D x 15"H, this unit is designed for wet operation only. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls for precise temperature management, allowing for customized heating for different food items. The unit includes a power indicator light for easy monitoring and a drip-free flange to maintain a clean serving area. Individual drain shutoffs provide convenient maintenance and cleaning. Constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top and an 18-gauge galvanized exterior housing, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It operates at 2500 watts, 120v/60/1-ph, and draws 20.8 amps, featuring a cord with NEMA 5-30P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 54"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This product is NSF and cULus certified and proudly made in the USA.
