Description
The Vollrath 3640680HD Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance drop-in electric unit designed for efficient food service. It features four individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from 20 gauge 316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and excellent heat retention. The overall dimensions are 54-3/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, making it suitable for various kitchen layouts. This unit operates on a wet system and includes an auto-fill feature for convenience. Each well is equipped with individual thermostatic controls mounted in a panel, allowing precise temperature management. A power indicator light provides easy monitoring of the unit's status. The drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff ensures efficient drainage. Constructed with an 18 gauge stainless steel top and a robust stainless steel exterior housing, the unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It comes with positioning clips for secure installation. With a power output of 2500 watts, it operates at 120v/60/1-ph and draws 20.8 amps, featuring a cord with NEMA 5-30P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 54"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. This unit is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
