Description
The Vollrath 3640701 Hot Food Well Unit is a high-performance, drop-in electric solution designed for efficient food service. This unit features four individual 12" x 20" insulated wells made from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, ensuring optimal heat retention and food safety. With overall dimensions of 54-3/4"W x 26"D x 15"H, it is designed for wet operation only. Each well is equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management, conveniently mounted in the panel along with a power indicator light. The drip-free flange minimizes mess, while individual drain shutoffs enhance usability. The top is constructed from robust 18-gauge stainless steel, and the exterior housing is made from 18-gauge galvanized steel for added durability. This unit operates at 4000 watts and is compatible with 208-240V/60/1-ph power supply, drawing between 14.4 to 16.7 amps. It includes positioning clips for easy installation and comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-30P plug. The cutout size required for installation is 54"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius. NSF and cULus certified, this product is proudly made in the USA, ensuring high-quality standards.
